How do I get a quote?

Simply fill out our Quote Request Form with a few details about the job, and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a quote. You can also upload photos if you’d like — they help us give a more accurate estimate.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes — we have a minimum service charge of $250. This helps cover the cost of travel, equipment setup, and materials, even for small jobs.

How do I book a job?

Once you’ve accepted the quote, we’ll confirm a date and time that works for you. No upfront payment is required for most jobs.

How do I pay?

Payment is due on completion. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, or bank transfer. Card fees are passed on at cost.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily — as long as we can access the areas being cleaned and you’ve confirmed the job, we’re good to go. We’ll send photos afterward if you’re not around.

Do you use chemicals?

Yes — for most exterior cleans, we use a professional-grade chemicals to break down mould, algae, and grime. It’s highly effective and safe when used correctly.

Will the chemicals harm my plants or pets?

We take great care to protect surrounding areas and rinse down plants thoroughly. Let us know if you have any concerns and we’ll take extra precautions.

Do you clean windows or gutters too?

Yes — we offer window cleaning, gutter clearing, and solar panel cleaning as add-on services. Let us know if you’d like to include these in your quote.

What surfaces do you clean?

Driveways, patios, paths, decks, fences, walls, roofs, house exteriors, windows, gutters, solar panels — you name it. If it’s outside and needs cleaning, we can probably help.

Can you remove oil stains, rust, or paint?

We’ll do our best! Some stains are permanent, but we have specialist treatments that can dramatically improve the appearance of most surfaces.
